Young star Jayasuriya is gradually emerging as the popular hero in Kerala with different roles in back to back films like ‘Ivar Vivaahitharayal’, ‘Dr Patient’ and ‘Currency’. And now his films have also started fetching impressive satellite rights too.

The actor who will have to carefully sketch his future plans hereafter, is now shooting for ‘Uthara Swayamvaram’- a movie directed by Remakanth Sarju. Scripted by J Pallassery in the story of the director, the movie features Jayasuriya as Prakashan an unemployed youth, who doesn't have any fixed plans in his life. Roma plays Uthara Mahadevan, the only heir of a rich family who develops an interest towards Parakashan. The movie which is continuing with its shoot at Ottappalam will be completed within a few days of shoot at Chennai and Bangalore.

Roma and Jayasuriya were together last time for the movie ‘Shakespeare MA Malayalam’, which was a reasonable hit with the Kerala masses.
